The first time I really started to give a rip about the traffic cameras popping up around Johnson City started a couple days ago and for two reasons.
My fiance received a $100 citation from one in Kingsport.
I was driving down Roan Street in Johnson City… already pissed that they’ve added yet another red light there… already with a sign stating Photo Enforcement.
